Eric Heiman. The four will engage in a chat about how the way we see affects everyday design.
When: 5:30pm-8pm, Monday, 6/8

Four photographers dive head first into the world of outer space. Each artist’s unique approach has viewers contemplating our place in the world through the lens of space travel. When: 11am-12pm, Friday, 5/29
Where: Wall Space Gallery, 116 East Yanonali Street, Santa Barbara
The first full-scale survey of this design icon’s oeuvre, this exhibit spans Kent’s 30-year career. One of the most popular graphic artists of the 1960s and 1970s, Kent made a name for herself as a designer, teacher, feminist, and anti-war activist. See some of her most iconic posters, murals, and signature serigraphs, including never-before-seen photos of the artist herself. Consider Kent the intellectual counterpoint to Andy Warhol’s world of Pop Art.
When: Sunday, 6/14–Sunday, 11/1
Where: Pasadena Museum of California Art, 490 East Union Street, Pasadena
