Interior designer Matthew Leverone was challenged by space and time when he was hired to remodel a condo on Nob Hill. The living space was only 1,100 square feet and the client wanted it done while he was out of the country for six months. Leverone tackled the project with creative space planning, tasteful colors and statement art pieces. The result is a small home that lives large.
